Kronos has been great, a few glitches here and there with the timekeeping but it was fixed very kickly.

Pros

Timekeeping and vacation requesting. Simple to use.

Cons

Glitches has caused payroll to be postponed. Posting corporate documents have not been easy to do.

It is easy to use and able to review things later when needed.

Pros

Able to review and sign documents for work. Look over pay statements and benefits easily. Has a little turtle thing that you can play with when you are in there.

Cons

Can be hard to determine what needs to be signed and where exactly to go in the sign to sign and review.

Pros

1) Mobile usage of software stands out. 2) Real Time data makes it accurate. 3) It is on cloud making it run anywhere.

Cons

1) Few bugs with SAAS 2) If the price can be reduced a bit but personally loving it
