March 29, 2018 4.0 I feel like the information leading up to go live was helpful, but could have included more advanced information. I feel like it would be nice if you didn't feel like you had to get in the community and join all of these different groups to get the information you should just be getting. Pros Simple to use Quicker to complete payroll than how it used to be done before we got Kronos Support has a quick response to issues Cons The more advanced stuff is not intuitive. Voiding a check is unnecessarily complicated Some set-up stuff was not done to our expectations. We have over 300 employees and they all enter their hours without any issues. Kronos is also very customizable which we appreciate. Cons Customization is limited. When I log in, columns I don't use cannot be moved around. Reporting results are very clunky looking. The team respond well to the immediacy and the survey function has been great for monthyl recognition. Cons I dont necessarly have cons, but it would be great to get a Thankbox button installed onto our hotel team Facebook private group (and vice versa) This would help bring our communication and reward tools together. Cons If you have more than 1 EIN and have an employee transfer from one to another, you have to terminate them out and "rehire" them into the one they are transferring to. Pros Reporting capability is excellent. The system is user friendly for both the staff and administration. Cons None have been found. The custom date range is very useful. Cons It is difficult to find what I'm looking for because the menu on the side is unlabeled boxes. In addition, it is difficult to see how many hours I have worked over a certain time period; it would be nice if there was a fiscal year total, but instead I have to input the date range and scroll to the bottom. Pros I absolutely love using this as our time clock there is absolutely no room for error...if however one does occur it is the simplest least confusing fix! Cons I actually have zero complaints! I like that I can go in and look at the pay stub from work or phone. Pros The features include employee information all in one place. Since I do my department payroll of approx. 50 employees, this comes in extremely handy. I like that the Calc summary page lets me look at what the employee will be getting paid for in one area. I like that I can navigate from the timesheet to personal information in one easy step. I like that I can unlock the employee if they are locked out and I can mass approve the timesheets instead of one at a time. Cons The only feature I don't like is that you have to set the pay period for each employee timesheet instead of being able to set it and finish.
