I we did not need outside reporting we would not use a time clock Pros I am not a big fan of any time clock software, this was forced on us by the Federal Government PBJ requirement. Cons The cost is very high compared to when we allowed our employees to self report their time worked. Reason for choosing UKG Ready The system seemed to be the most likely to meet our PBJ reporting requirement. Review Source SB Scott B. Pros Running reports in Kronos is very easy. Gather required data takes seconds. End users also seem to adapt rather quickly. Cons We experience occasional slowness in the system. This assists in preparing our budget for the year and helps analyze where our staff is working and how much time is spent on each task.
