You can really build on it once it's being utalized. Pros I like the number of users you can have under one group. Cons \-I wish you could add a line to an entire group at one time. -It would be nice if you could color code an entire group by their discipline. -Be able to add notes that can and can't be seen by the employee. -Separate area for PTO or Time Off Items from regular shift items. -Be able to hide or unhide lines while maintaining the history. It was a great tool to use for payroll and time keeping needs and with the size of our organization (~250+), it was perfect for our needs.One of the unique features is the ease of use and navigating through the system. It was very self explanatory and very customizable.
