The way you can completely continue to customize your own account as your organization evolves. Cons The thing I like least was recently addressed - a glossary of terms with the discovery documents. The program is user-friendly and allows our agency to create modules that are unique to our employees. The features and functionality are like no other software. Can see history of PTO taken. Easy to schedule PTO once determined when it can be taken. Cons GUI is not intuitive .. you have to figure out the menu system to get to where you want. As an employee, can't see PTO by work groups. As an exempt employee, I still see screens that are for hourly employees. Unable to do "what if's ..." example: how much PTO will I have accumulated on a certain date? Review Source AK Alan K. Our first day of launching it every employee was able to clock in and out with no issues. Pros My company recently started using this software to use for our time system and its has made the process faster and easier. It loads quickly allowing us to clock in on time and not have to punch in minutes earlier to be on time. It also allows us to keep track of our hours and approve of our time cards. February 7, 2017 5.0 I like the way I can get just what I'm looking for and how easy it is to do. When I need to look up missed punches it wraps them together so I can fix. Also easy to link all timecards together so I can just go card by card down the whole list. when I'm in a hurry I can look up name and time card pops up quick. A great product with multiple method of communicating and listening to your employees. Big thumbs up! Pros The multiple layers / avenues you have to communicate with Employees. Pros The time tracking features are what make this service worth its money, it allows you to forecast your FTEs and also allows you to generate high-level reports that will allow you to hit the KPIs easily. Cons It is very expensive, and can't really get the good side of it if you go on just the free trial, they don't give away too much without you having to pay for the service. Pros I liked the ease of use of this software. I trained a new employee in one day to run our weekly payroll. I like the screen view most of all. I could see at a glance whos timecard had been approved and who's had not. The vacation/ holiday time used and remaining is on the bottom of the page and is current to that day. The analytics is what keeps me happy since I pull reports for HR uses. Cons Sick/Time off was a little confusing to use at first. But creating one, the learning curve was not bad.
