It helps scheduling days off so easy and stress-free! Pros I love how easy it is for me to request vacation days and to keep track. As for my assistant, this software allows me to easily follow her days off and approve her overtime hours. The drop down menu to select options are intutive but other than that I dont feel the system has a lot of good features. There are many good time capturing software for the work done. Cons The system is not intuitive. The software does not an app version. The system crashes all the time. I am used to using ADP which has lot of features such as previous data memory which saves a lot of time for entering time worked. Review Source JG Jill G. So I like the software system, it makes it easy to manage these functions and that is a huge benefit. Pros Hello there! I do like Kronos. It is convenient to use, for several reasons. It allows employees to punch in early for their shift, monitor punches (if a missed punch) and also to view PTO (sick time.) Cons There have been a few times the server was down but I honestly have no idea if that was on the part of Walgreens or if it was an issue with Kronos. Review Source EP Emmett P. Pros Ease of use and ability to see employees time. When submitting time off and approving that time the software is very easy to use. Pros I love the ability to now be able to use an electronic system for time keeping and time off requests. It's much easier to track and approve requests. Welcome team tells you to gather your info to get ready for implementation. Implementation team then told us what we had was not usable. Waste of our time getting ready. I am able to access my paystubs easily and I don’t have to go into work to get it bc it’s online. Cons Not too much I don’t like about this app but if I had to change one thing I would say reduce the amount of apps needed for this software. I have 4 different apps just for this software. Scheduling was a little difficult with a few communication errors dealing mostly with time zones. The program itself is very comprehensive and with our particular business model, it was wonderful to find these options. We have mostly subcontractors and we need a program for participants who would not be active all of the time. Pros The reputation of this product is quite true. Professional platform with a variety of offerings for most industries. Very customizable and can grow with the company. The demo was very comprehensive. Cons I haven't seen any cons with anyone using this product.
