Pros It is easy for me to log and track the hours I worked each week. I also use it to keep track of my paychecks which is easy to do. " August 20, 2015 4.5 Pros I like that everything is integrated into Kronos Workforce Ready and I don't need to use multiple softwares. I like that they provide training videos to match each individual's role using Kronos. Cons I dislike the lack of communication between the project team. I waited days for an answer on multiple occasions while being charged for the product. At first I was given a product that I did not agree to with the Account Manager. June 7, 2017 5.0 Pros We really like how user friendly it is, and it really does encourage the sort of culture we are aiming to create. All staff members have become engaged in using the software from the word go and it has quickly become a very useful tool for us to have. The ideas sharing function is great to make all staff feel like they have a voice and can make suggestions. Used by all areas of the business regularly it's become part of our office culture. The ideas board has been equally useful and generated some popular events and changes to the office. After utilizing the software, I wish our company would purchase all modules (HR/Payroll/Recruiting). It has such great potential as you are able to tie all aspects of an employee's tenure from recruitment to termination. Pros Once you learn the system it is relatively easy to use. Cons The training is self-directed for the most part as the discovery/implementation phase is done remotely. No onsite training. Review Source KP Kensei P. The app is what is easiest Cons Hard to navigate, takes awhile to adjust the settings for your own needs. For ex. Logging in, clock in/clock out. It is easier to navigate on the app than desktop.
