So still trying to figure out all the little quirks that it has. I like that my time-card and everything is available on my phone though! Pros All information in one app, payroll vacation and the ability to make changes and have the higher ups approve or deny requests. Alternatives considered [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.capterra.com/p/155895/WorkforceNow/) Reason for choosing UKG Ready Customer Support - we were hesitant going with ADP because the customer support issues we have experience Switched from [T-Macss](https://www.capterra.com/p/10003628/T-Macss/) does not work with 3 party soft wear well We had Kronos, HR hub and Desjardins for Payroll All three we are wasting too much time - with UKG we have it all in one. Pros Mo provide our organization with a very unique system to reward and give incentives to over-archiver employees. Reward recipient can redeem the reward themself based on the point that they get and type of reward that they want. It help to boost employees focus to collect as many point they can and get rewarded for their hard work. Cons I have no negative experience with Mo. They used UKG to keep track of hours we worked, shifts that are available, track of my PTO. It made so easy for me to see everything and track everything. Pros Ukg was an amazing platform at my last company. Creating and approving time off requests was a breeze. Checking hours and being able to have mobile app access to employees was critical and this application delivered just that. Cons My former company have zero dislikes from the application. It could be more user friendly for non tech savvy users of all ages. Pros While working for a former company, they used UKG. This tool helped the associates keep track of their company profile information and gave the associates the access to manage their own profiles. This was great for the HR operation at the company. I also like being able to add a bookmark to the homepage of my laptop, that allows me to go right inside the app. Pros I’m able to track my employees time, so that way when I submit their hours for payroll, everything is right there inside UKG Cons besides the occasional lag, I really have no issues with UKG, and I’d recommend this app to anyone.
