Even our bespoke adoption paperwork is completed through Anilog using their electronic signature strip. Would definitely recommend to other rescues. Any issues are quickly resolved by their excellent support team, and now we couldn't manage without Anilog. Cons Nothing! It links to pet insurance and microchip databases too.It never goes down or causes errors. We wouldn't use anything else. Pros We have been using AniLog since 2017. Before this, we used Excel and Word for record keeping and adoption admin.Using AniLog brings everything together in one easy package. It speeds up all our processes and makes adoption admin quick and professional. The tech support is instant and brilliant. Cons None. Even after 5+ years, it has never caused any administrative or technical issues with any of our users. The Support Team worked closely with us from the start to ensure a faultless migration of existing data and to interface with our new website. Any bespoke changes we have requested have been accommodated by the Support Team and this has included integration work with our Harlequin CRM. Nothing is too much trouble for the AniLog® team whom have been a pleasure to deal with.AniLog® has simplified our admissions and rehoming processes considerably which means that our staff and volunteers can offer a more professional service for our customers and it saves time. AniLog® is easy to use and provides all manner of reports and information on past and present animals, generates the list of animals to see the vet and produces extensive statistical reports which are easy to run. Our ability to offer a professional and timely service to our adopters of our rescue dogs and boarding customers was improved from Day One. In addition Anilog's support and willingness to continue to improve the product stands out for me. In these days of expected customer service which often falls below that required, Anilog stand out amongst all our suppliers. Highly recommended.
