Pros

This software is plug and play. Install, search term, and you are off to the races. Of all the tools we use, Leadscrape returns the best data to reach out to prospects. We use it daily.

Cons

There is very little we can say that we do not like about Lead Scrape. The team is always there. The Results are great.

10 out of 10. They have a great support team. Every time we need something, there has been a fast turn around.

Pros

There are consistent updates with LeadScrape, so you know they are focused with staying on top of their game. This software is truly plug-and-play. Just install it, enter a search term, and you’re ready to go. Out of all the tools we’ve tried, LeadScrape delivers the most reliable data for reaching prospects—and it’s part of our daily workflow.

Cons

I can not point a finger at a single thing. I do miss the People search, however the replacement to that is wonderful as well.

Support has always been quick to respond. Your find that a business licence covers two devices which helps covering more ground if you are searching for a bulk of leads. Overwise, this is by far my choice for value and quality of leads.

Pros

Value for money! For the yearly cost, the sheer amount of data is the best out there compared to other services. They are constantly updating the software, and recently added a very powerful integration for GHL

Cons

I'm yet to find one. With each update, the software is getting better. You may need to add an exception to your virus protection on installation as some pick this up falsely.

Overall, Leadscrape is a very easy tool to use for scraping business data. I don't personally scrape a lot of data, but this is very helpful for anyone building a directory.

Pros

Leadscrape works natively on Mac. It has a good UI, and is easy to use. I find it very reliable for data scraping.

Cons

I wish there was a direct-to-Google-Sheets integration. I don't use csv files, so that would speed up my workflow.

Overall, it’s been a reliable tool that’s helped me build large lead lists without spending hours doing manual work or relying on multiple tools. I started with the standard version, and it handled most of what I needed. Later on, I upgraded to the business plan and was able to scrape entire states in one go, which made scaling much easier. I've been using it for many years and highly recommend.

Pros

Lead Scrape pulls solid, usable contact data without making the process complicated. I like that I can get business names, emails, phones, and even social media details with just a few clicks. No limits on searches or results is a huge plus, and it works across a wide range of countries and business types. The built-in email verification is also super helpful.

Cons

There’s no progress bar or time estimate when scraping, so you’re kind of guessing how long it’ll take. It also constantly reminds you about the business plan upgrade, even if you're getting what you need already. Would be nice if it felt a bit less pushy on that but it's a minor issue.

I have used Lead Scrape for many years and have always had great customer service. I find the new version to be faster, obtain more leads, and the email verification is great.

Pros

The new email verification is great. I use it for cold emails and my bounce rates are very low and my open rates continue to increase.

Cons

The older version had a people search that used Linkedin and I found it to be very useful and was used a lot .

Install, use per immediately, resulting in very clear spreadsheets, ready to use, without the need of a lot of system knowledge

Pros

For like usd200 you get the business version which allows 2 user for a year, while customer support is right behind you if needed. I did contribute to our email marketing in a way that did not need much expertise if systems at all

Cons

No phone numbers, however we are hopeful that this feature return in one of the regular updates, confident that these will return

I was probably one of the first users "back when". The product today is very mature, it has new features such as filters and APIs to link directly to other platforms, and so far it has never let me down: the information it produces is useful, well categorised, and provides the basis for more traditional research.

Pros

Very fast, it works every time, produces high-quality results, and is platform-agnostic (almost), as it works on both my Mac and PC.

Cons

Nothing really. I had some User Interface comments in previous versions, but the developers (Reganam Ltd) are very tuned in to constructive feedback, and the latest version 4.12 (June 2025) is very slick.

If you look for lead scrappring app, Lead Scrape with basic (standard) license it is not a good option. Choose Outscraper instead. I will be cheaper, more accurate and with better integration to other tools. And it is not server-side - so your PC must be running all the time.No multicity or multicategory with standard plan is a pain in the a\*\* when you want to search a whole province or big city for one/multi category leads.I don't recomment this tool regards to price/result ratio. Outscraper is better.

\+ PC desktop app (it is a pro and con)+ quick+ some integrations (Snovio, some email validators)

Cons

\- it is a PC app so it runs only if your PC runs (no cloud/server option)- with standard license it is very limited (they push you to buy pro license)- with standard license only one city (no multicity) or one category (no multicategories) can be fetched- with standard license there are limited data sources (so only 5% of companies/datasets are fetched)- no emalilable validation service integration (important for me)
