Pros :Hotel Key app is one stop shop for all hotel pms and other operations requirements whether it is booking engine, website hosting, revenue magmement. :If you want to make check in process quick and easy for your guest Hotel key is way to go. The back end team of hotelkey is really awesome they will go above and beyond to satisfy your need and resolve any issue you are facing at property level. Cons There is always room for improvement . Like on payment processing, dynamic price, and communication with guest . Cons For small mom and pop motels that do things very uniquely, there are certain use-cases that fall outside of the system.
