Pros: In my experience with Blackbaud products, they offer a lot of features and nice customization options, but the interface tends to be a little clunky and outdated. It would be nice if it were a smoother customer user experience.
Cons: Interface is outdated and not very smooth. It feels like it could be more intuitive.
