April 14, 2020 5.0 Overall compared to other programs we have used in the past. Practice Panther has worked the best. I do not use Box integration however as I find that it updates too slow. Pros The billing and law pay integration is very simple once you get the hang of all the options. Cons The time tracking is at times a little onerous compared to other software I have used in the past. We have changed to another one that allows us to limit access and has information that is easier to find. Pros I like having access to the entire patient chart. I can see everything that I need to see and get the answers that I need. Cons You can't limit access in Practice Partner. Everyone can see everything as long as you have login permission. October 11, 2021 3.0 When I originally signed up, it was cost-effective, and there was tech support. Not anymore. They just collect the money and that is it. They don't answer the phone and if you leave a message, it take 1 to 2 weeks to get a return call. I am really disappointed with the service it has gone way downhill. Pros I have tried for a month to reach someone who understands the software. They raised the prices about six months ago but the service has gone way down hill. There is no one there to answer the phone. They will be out of business very soon. I lost thousands of dollars on a claim because of a glitch. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help me so I had to submit the claim without amending the changes. Cons There is no longer customer service. No one answers the phone. I have been leaving messages for over a month with no return call. Whenever I get a call, it is someone who does not understand the software. I have asked for the person that I have worked with in the past that understands the software but he never returns my call. Moreover, they raised the price. Poor quality customer service.
