Overall a great software just wish their support was better so I could recommend them more

Pros

Ease of use, designed for sports teams, great price, easy to setup and implement

Cons

Customer support is lacking, when trying to get them to make adjustments it can take months - constantly have to go back and forth with them to remind them; also seems like there is a disconnect between technical support and the final product - it's almost as if technical support has no idea how the platform is being utilized for their customers

Score CRM is a great asset for our team and has helped drive sales.

Pros

My favorite aspect of Score CRM is that it inegrates with our Ticketing platform. I also love the ability for them to auto generate contracts and send them for E-Signature. This is a great sales tracking software, as well as a very detailed CRM.

Cons

Whenever we transferred our data over from our old ticket platform, there was a ton of accounts that had no use, but once we cleaned those up...it was a lot better. One feature I'd love for them to implement is an account reminder. I'd like to have a notification of my accounts that I have not had a touch point with after a certain period of time. I feel its easy to lose touch with some of the accounts you're still trying to develop if you don't already set an action reminder.

Tracking sales progress better and integration with ticket platform allows us to unearth new leads and data that leads to new dollars.

Pros

Overall package makes tracking sales, sales processes, and planning very simple. Call lists and customizable reports make it easy to utilize different data and metrics to improve process. Reminders and Google Calendar integration make useful for scheduling future calls, meetings, etc.

Cons

Some features currently integrated still don't work, like the sales pipeline. All great ideas but implementation is shaky.
