Not a great experience. It looks like an old CRM which has not evolved compared to digital tools nowadays...

The kindness and efficiency of \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

Not compatible with BREVO. Difficult to have statistics about new leads. Extraction is not simple and easy. Difficult to know if a contact is already registered in the system when entering a new one... It takes a long time to extract the whole database... it fails sometimes...
