I asked why for months I was continuing to be charged and was told I didn't have any ads running. Then after months of being charged the "subscription" fee I was told that I could turn off the subscription and not get charged the $149. Oh really? So that would have been nice to know months ago! Pros Some nice demographic choices based on lifestyles and consumer habits but were outweighed by high fees. Cons The exorbitant subscription fee which is billed regardless of any ads you have running. Pros Simple to use. Very affordable for all the different ad targeting features it provides. The pre-made ad templates are cool; makes it easy to quickly create lots of high-quality ads. Customer service is fine, though we don't contact them much because it's all pretty self-explanatory. Cons Can't run CTV or video ad campaigns on the platform yet. Reasons for choosing AdCritter Price-point & digital ad targeting options brought us over.
