Pros É um lugar para você fazer a gestão dos planos de desenvolvimento dos colaboradores, controlando a evolução das capacitações, gerando avaliações entre os times, considerando níveis, etc. Mas nada especial. Cons Fui usuário do Feedz em 2 empresas diferentes por vários anos. Na minha perspectiva é um 'nice to have' pois este tipo de controle pode ser feito de outra forma. Os motivadores para uso são baixos e o uso em si é difícil de aferir veracidade. Em resumo, é algo que pode ser controlado com outras soluções, em último caso, até mesmo em uma planilha pela área de pessoas.
