" February 9, 2022 5.0 Asprodental is a big help for all the dental offices worldwide. It is a high technology software that helps all dental industry to track the patients records easily. I would highly recommend! Pros I like the software because you can access it anywhere from multiple devices such as laptop, phone, or tablets. Asprodental is so convenient and easy to use! Cons Every software has its own ups and downs. The only issue that we are encountering is if the system is down due to upgrade or enhancements. Review Source JM Jackie M. It’s user friendly for both administrative and clinical side. For clinical, everything is in 1 place in their featured 1 page chart that includes perio charting, next visit, clinical notes, and treatment plans. For administrative, it’s easy for us to keep record of our patients as well as messaging them and having automatic reminders being sent out. It’s helpful to see your goals for the day having live numbers updating at the bottom and they include a fun little confetti when you reach a goal! Customer support is great and they respond within a 24 hour window and are very helpful. See for yourself :) Cons No complaints here! It’s great! There is nothing that I don’t like about it. They are constantly improving! Reason for choosing Asprodental Everything is in one place and it was made by a dentist for dentist for a much faster, easier, and better experience overall! I could not see returning to anything else. Pros Being cloud based is HUGE. The software can be accessed anywhere form a laptop, tablet or phone Cons It is not really related to Asprodental specifically. The imaging software linked in our office could be better. Dental Assistant Medical Practice Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "How Asprodental made things easier in the office" January 21, 2020 4.0 Overall I think Asprodental has helped the office. It was never to hard to understand even when it was first introduced to us. One of those programs where its self explanatory. There isn't 100 buttons to push to get to anything. I think this software has everything you wish a one would have. The biggest thin I love about it is that it was new to everyone in my office so we all got to learn it together. Helping each other figure things out and showing one another cool features we found. We have all become pretty much experts at it. Allowing us to be able to be come teachers when someone new joins our team. Pros 1) Easy to use. ( pretty self explanatory when it comes to having to figure out something) 2) I like that it but the tooth surfaces in the correct order no matter the order you entered them in. 3) Treatment notes are easy to enter from treatment plan. 4) I like that you can add a lab case to the treatment notes if the patient has is having something made/ sent out of the office. Makes tracking the case easier. Cons 1) Their can be pretty long lag times. When loading patients charts or images. 2) The area where you can view your patients images, does't have the best editing options when it comes to viewing x-rays. 3) At times patients appointments are moved or deleted. How I like to call it because front notes all the way down to Financial Agreements were done on paper and pen. It was a hassle ! It was messy and a headache. Asprodental has made all that gone away and my life so much more easier. Its less of a hassle because I don't have to worry about misplacing any paper work , Financials its clean and all in one place ! The templates are very fast to customize because I can edit the text without having to click multiple different fill-in-the-blank boxes. Compared to SoftDent and Opendental that I've used in the past, Asprodental is a lot more streamlined and fluid to use. It takes minimal clicks to do anything on the software. Having a cloud system makes it super accessible and helps me prepare for the week since I can check my schedule and patient charts from home or anywhere. Cons Of course, there's still room for improvement but I'm aware that the software is constantly welcoming feedback from users to make it better and seamless. Review Source PG Patricia G. They are easy to reach and always resolve issues in a timely manner. Pros It is accessible anywhere and anytime as long as there is internet connection. It is also user friendly. When I first used it, it didn't take me very long to master it. It is very intuitive. Cons You need strong internet connections, which is not hard to get nowadays. We use Google wifi, and they have been working well.
