### "Great tool for monitoring employee happiness"

Pros

I appreciate the ability to contiously monitor our employees' well-being in a non-obstructive, easy-to-understand manner. Especially helpful when managing people working remotely or from home.

Cons

A bit more on the reporting side, maybe coupled with some insights deroved from the collected data.

I've put my employees to sign a paper and promise that the truth 'll be written in the survey. And so they did. Every month they answer their likes and dislikes of the company work and it helps us get better.

Pros

The questions were small and the participation was completely satisfying by my people. Great work. Very helpful.

Cons

It's very value for the money that had to be spent for a survey system like this. Nothing in Cons. So far so good.
