Surfshark Reviews
Pros
Perfect for travel and privacy. Good trial and true to their word about refund policy.
It has a great UI, awesome apps, and a really wide range of servers around the world. Also, it is pretty inexpensive, they have pretty good long term deals that are worth it.
I've used it with several browsers. But probably what I like the most about Surfshark is their superb customer service.
Surfshark has excellent speeds and has a lower price point than other top VPNs. If you're on a tight budget, it's the best option in my opinion.
Cons
I sometimes notice some connection issues - not sure if they are Surfshark problems or other server. Searching via Google is irritating, as I need to fill CAPTCHA every time.
As often I forget to actually launch the application.
Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate and find the information in the software.
The traffic is routed over different countries in different continents which can potentially be a compliance risk.
"One of the best VPN to use"
Pros: The ability to use the same account on multiple devices is amazing! The internet speed is nearly similar when connected to the VPN. The price makes it an amazing deal for all the VPN servers and countries it offers.
Cons: Sometimes captchas fail to load when using the VPN but other than that have not faced any issues yet.
"Top 3 in my experiences with various VPNs"
Overall: Currently I resigned from using it, but I will definitely try it again sometime in the future. If the connection problems are resolved, then it is a perfect choice for me.
Pros: I liked how you can set up a connection through multiple countries, I felt more protected. There are a lot of points of connections to choose from. It has multiple additional features, not only VPN. For example a scanner to find stolen data or an option to create anonymous personal details. Very good pricing when choosing upfront payment for long term access and when using affiliate promotions with that.
Cons: I had a lot of disconnects compared to competition, but there are protections regarding this like blocking connection entirely when it happens.
"Not the greatest VPN"
Overall: Disappointing. I thought it was working great and it was so simple to set and use but I was let down when I found it was not doing what I paid for it to do.
Pros: I really like how easy it was to set up and use. A small child could even do it with ease.o
Cons: Does not hide IP address like it states. We ran a few different tests on it and my IP was not hidden on a few different things like it should have been.
"My Experience with SurfShark"
Overall: My overall experience is Surfshark is good. I highly recommend them as the go-to provider of VPN service.
Pros: The main feature of why I decided with Surfshark for my VPN service is the multiple devices. It is nice to have protection on my iPhone, MacBook, and iPad. I think at the time it was the only provider that offered protection for multiple devices. I think it's a good value for how much it costs for coverage (duration of plans).
Cons: I do not find anything bad about this software
"On a budget? Get Surfshark"
Overall: I heard a lot about Surfshark from many online ads *cough* Youtube, and decided to give it a try.
Pros: I have to admit one major pro compared to other VPNs is its price, while having an adequate number of servers for my usage.
Cons: For my usage case, which would be turning it on when connected to a dodgy Wifi hotspot or watching online content from different countries-- haven’t run into any issues so far.
