### "Best Network Protocol Analyzer"

February 10, 2021

5.0

It is very cheap and easy to use. I can monitor the network and also other networks that are connected to mine. If you need help, the customer assistance helps guide you and troubleshoot the problem.

Pros

It is simple to use and you can find different IP addresses and monitor your network connections.

Cons

There are different tools and packages that you can buy some are more expensive than others even though some of the tools aren't that good.

### "Routes traffic over different countries"

August 5, 2021

2.0

Overall, SurfShark VPN is just another VPN solution like NordVPN but not something that can be used in an enterprise network

Pros

It hides the original IP address and the web traffic appears to be coming from a totally different public IP address

Cons

The traffic is routed over different countries in different continents which can potentially be a compliance risk

### "One of the Best VPN Softwares"

September 9, 2022

5.0

Surfshak exceeded my expectations from a VPN program. It was exactly what I needed and more. Besides using it to access geolocated websites while working with clients worldwide, I was also able to use it to protect my internet activity which is just awesome. Would highly recommend it.

Pros

I loved the fact that I could select which country I want to be located in so that I can access my clients' geolocated pages to visualize the design I created for them. It's also amazing that it works across both PC and mobile.

Cons

There isn't something that I didn't like about it.

### "Great VPN with Different Varried Server Availability"

February 12, 2022

5.0

Pros

Surfshark has numerous different countries available. Which means that if you need to appear if you're computer is in another country that is relatively easy. Additionally, I don't notice any lag in internet speed.

Cons

I wish there was a feature that allowed it automatically connect whenever I boot up my laptop. As often I forget to actually launch the application.

Alternatives considered

[NordVPN](https://www.capterra.com/p/166743/NordVPN/)[TunnelBear](https://www.capterra.com/p/146806/TunnelBear/)

### "Fais le job !"

November 19, 2023

5.0

Pros

### "Excellent added layer of online protection! "

June 15, 2021

5.0

I work as a freelance writer and professional book reviewer. Authors trust me with their precious manuscripts, and protecting my VPN does make my clients' work safer.

Pros

I feel safer in the world of online crime and identity theft to have this software on my laptop and cellphone. I am forever grateful that Surfshark is easy to use; I'm not the most tech-savvy person.

Cons

In all honesty, I have only had one issue. Occasionally, the Surfshark app will freeze when I open it the app. Typically, it does resolve quickly.

### "Surfshark Review"

4.0

My overall experience with the application has been good.

Pros

What I like most about the application is device support. The application is available on my iOS devices, Windows laptop, and Chromecast. It is easy to use, with just a click of a button connecting me to a server. It also provides additional functionality by providing alerts for your personal information.

Cons

There isnt anything I dislike about the application.
