Lootly Reviews
"Great Solution for Loyalty/VIP Tiers"
Pros: Lootly has helped us get our rewards program running from zero to over multiple thousands of users. Lootly comes with most features you would need for a loyalty program and is MUCH cheaper than alternatives. Also, their customer service is extremely helpful and responsive.
Cons: There were a LOT of bugs we had to work through on the initial launch, so be prepared for that (likely unless you are on Shopify).
"Massive results right away, saw almost immediate increase in repeat purchases"
Overall: We were looking to increase customer referrals and overall repeat purchase rates. Facebook ads are so dang expensive, acquiring a new customer we basically break even, so our goal has been to build a real brand and grow a loyal following, which Lootly has been perfect for. It drives people to buy more and more through the mix of points/rewards incentives then the refer-a-friend program. What we realized is: without incentives in place, nobody is bothered to refer anyone. People would love our products, but without a monetary incentive literally nobody goes out of their way to email their friends to refer. Now referrals via this program are our #1 new customer acquisition channel, its been game changing for us.
Pros: Ultra easy to setup, took me 15 minutes to build out the earning and spending actions. Interface is very intuitive. Installing on the site is ultra simple (used it first one Shopify then on Woocommerce). We are using it for both loyalty and referrals. People engaged instantly with it and were excited to collect points, the first month our repeat purchase rate went up by 21%. Incentive marketing is just nuts I wish we started it sooner. The referrals really took off when we added a 15% coupon, lots of people sent their friends and drove just tons of new customers to us for basically free. The people are all super accessible and nice, they are instantly available via live chat.
Cons: I wish there were more integrations that didn't have to go through Zapier. It would be nice to have more POS integrations since we are opening a retail store soon. Setting up custom sender domain was a little complicated.
