Pros It's all in one platform and great for a charity that collects donations, hosts events, and sells merchandise and e-cards. The tribute/dedication option for donations is excellent and works well. Great support. I absolutely love CrowdChange and we will certainly be using it for years in the future! However, the real game changer for Crowdchange is the customer support. Our account managers are basically always available and willing to listen and help. In our case, Crowdchange created features and made development updates to tailor the platform to all our needs, even the most niche ones. Cons As a mostly anglophone platform, some of the bilingual features were not entirely robust, especially for a francophone organization like us.
