Reports are easy to run and if I see something in the system that's not working or could be improved, the CrowdChange team is very responsive. Cons Changing registrant information after they've registered can be a bit tricky. Switched from [Blackbaud Luminate Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/134915/Luminate-Online-Marketing/) LO was very code heavy and our small office doesn't have a coding professional on hand to handle the more difficult email or form builds. Pros It's all in one platform and great for a charity that collects donations, hosts events, and sells merchandise and e-cards. The tribute/dedication option for donations is excellent and works well. Great support. Cons There are still some limitations with integration to DonorPerfect and what data is being pushed to the CRM, and the customization for some areas (like events) is not the best or user/donor friendly Switched from [DonorPerfect](https://www.capterra.com/p/2698/DonorPerfect-Fundraising-Software/) The DonorPerfect online donation forms were outdated, had high fees, and offered minimal customization options. I think for me, I'm not super tech savvy so it's been a little bit of a learning curve for me to understand and utilize all of the bells and whistles. I really appreciate being able to build a personal connection with the CC team. They are a team that doesn't have to try to care, they just do. Steffi is one of the most genuine and helpful people I've worked with in the nonprofit space. CC has made our fundraising so much more streamlined and saved me literally HUNDREDS of hours. Before CC, I had to create each fundraising page. Cons I don't have any significant complaints to share. Pros I loved how easy it is for teams and individuals to use! We are the University of Kentucky's largest Greek Life philanthropy event, Greek Sing, benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. It's so easy for each greek life chapter to track their fundraising and participate in each event through Crowd Change! Cons Nothing! I absolutely love CrowdChange and we will certainly be using it for years in the future! Pros Getting our first event set up with CrowdChange was a breeze. We were in a time crunch and the setup process was quick, seamless and well supported by their team. The interface is intuitive and the ability to customize the page is helpful. Their web design is also aligned with productive online fundraising strategies. Cons Overall the experience was really nothing but positive - the only thing I would change is combining some of the editing functions into one spot rather than the two places they are in now. Their customer support is second to none and we've never been left to navigate the platform on our own. Pros The CrowdChange platform has been a game changer for us. We are a national organization who struggled with our online fundraising program. CrowdChange provides us with a user friendly comprehensive tool that allows us to create and run several digital campaigns simultaneously. Allowing donors to cover processing fees, instant tax receipts and reporting, peer to peer campaigning possibilities and direct deposit gives both us and our donors useable features that make the donation experience easy and quick. It is versatile and the development team is eager to move forward in accommodate everything we have thrown their way! Reporting is clear and complete. I've recommended the platform to many other non profits and they've loved it also. Pros The platform is easy to use both on the backend and for the users. It's clean, simple and gives off a sense of professionalism to donors. Cons So far, the only 2 things that I dont really like about it is the fact that the "Label Name" needs to be seen on all forms and the fact that I can't set up automatic notifications to other people within my organization (I have to do that manually) - but, all in due time I guess 😃 Reason for choosing CrowdChange There were a couple, but none that I actually entertained to the same level as CrowdChange. Crowd Change interfaces nicely into Donor Perfect. There are a few issues that you need to keep on top off like duplicate account numbers that need merging but in general it works quite well. We enjoy the flexibility of setting up the event and selling it the way we like with Crowd Change rather than trying to use a web link form inside Donor Perfect which is far more complex. Cons The lag time it takes for the income to hit our bank account eg a transaction in Crowd Change from 4th to 10th of Jan 2020 does not come to us until 17th Jan 2020.
