Reports are easy to run and if I see something in the system that's not working or could be improved, the CrowdChange team is very responsive. Cons Changing registrant information after they've registered can be a bit tricky. Switched from [Blackbaud Luminate Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/134915/Luminate-Online-Marketing/) LO was very code heavy and our small office doesn't have a coding professional on hand to handle the more difficult email or form builds. Pros It's all in one platform and great for a charity that collects donations, hosts events, and sells merchandise and e-cards. The tribute/dedication option for donations is excellent and works well. Great support. Cons There are still some limitations with integration to DonorPerfect and what data is being pushed to the CRM, and the customization for some areas (like events) is not the best or user/donor friendly Switched from [DonorPerfect](https://www.capterra.com/p/2698/DonorPerfect-Fundraising-Software/) The DonorPerfect online donation forms were outdated, had high fees, and offered minimal customization options. Finding what you are looking for in the back end is sometimes challenging. I think for me, I'm not super tech savvy so it's been a little bit of a learning curve for me to understand and utilize all of the bells and whistles. I really appreciate being able to build a personal connection with the CC team. They are a team that doesn't have to try to care, they just do. Steffi is one of the most genuine and helpful people I've worked with in the nonprofit space. CC has made our fundraising so much more streamlined and saved me literally HUNDREDS of hours. Before CC, I had to create each fundraising page. Cons I don't have any significant complaints to share. Always available to help work through any issues, making custom modifications when necessary, they ask for ways to improve their platform and truly listen. The customer service of the software is unparalleled and the team at CrowdChange works with you to fit your best needs. We have seen significant increases in fundraising for our college chapters since switching to CrowdChange. Cons I do not have any cons. If we need help or have a problem we email our account manager and receive a response (depending on how urgent) within an hour or two. Pros CrowdChange is very easy to use and set up. Everything is clear when you go to the site and you can promote individual campaigns by sending a purpose link for it, once on the site the donor can see what other campaigns are available. We are very excited to start using Peer-to-Peer and Team Fundraising, which were another reason we went with CrowdChange. We are a school and wanted our Alumni to be able to reach out to their classes etc. Cons I sometimes find it hard to read their reports, finding the correct report and seeing what we actually receive in the back versus what the donor donates. Once I had spoken with our accounts manager and they had explained which is the best report to use this made it easier. I like that there are many options you can use when creating an event- if you want names of people registering- when to turn off ticket sales- custom questions etc... Cons would like that each admin can choose how the home page defaults- my preference would be upcoming events as opposed to always seeing most raised first.
