I'm not happy with the support. First the program couldn't be installed because they had problems, then they charged my credit card for asking them to hurry up with providing the program I had bought.

Pros

There is not much to day about good experience. I had contact with many other software but never had such big problems. I was looking forward to receive the quality of the previous version, but this was not so

Cons

The Pdf to Word translation works well, but the set up of the Word is not good. The transfer writes right to the edge, without leaving an edge. This has to be done manually

Pros

The software has plenty of tools, in terms of PDF management and editing (combining, extracting, converting, redacting, etc.). It is efficient, and the interface is appreciable. It cost less than other more expensive softwares, it is more modern and has more options. I especially greatly appreciate the possibility to open a "New Window" of the same document.

Cons

It takes a little bit of time to adjust to the software, it is not the most intuitive to find tools. However, it's is not too long to get adjusted and once you are, it is very efficient.

My overall experience with Tungsten Power PDF has been fantastic.

Pros

It is one of the best PDF editing tools that allows you to create, and edit pdf files easily. It is a complete PDF solution that offers many features like merging multiple PDFs into one file or Splitting PDF pages into multiple PDF files, converting documents to PDFs, compressing PDFs, changing page sequences, digitally signing documents, etc. Even it offers an OCR feature to convert scanned PDFs to readable and searchable formats.

Cons

We have not faced any issues with Tungsten Power PDF so far.

As far as product itself, the only issue I found was that I cannot electronically sign anything like I could with Adobe. Has to be printed, signed and then scanned back in.

Pros

I do like the ease of use and the program itself.

Cons

My network crashed and the apps were gone from my desktop and my laptop. The company said they can't help me because my license use was at limit! They wouldnt let me reinstall the program. Said I have to purchase again!

I have been using the product for a long time now, whilst I dont use all the advanced features I dont feel like I am paying for something I dont need either, overall the product is excellent, very well p\[riced for the features available and easy to use

This has been a great PDF viewer and editor. It has been the one I've used for multiple years and don't plan on using anything else.

Pros

The ability to edit PDF documents and add typewriter type text. Having keyboard shortcuts. Security features that lock and protect PDF documents.

Cons

Some embedded fonts are not available when editing PDF documents. Highlights add a comment, would like a highlight only option.

I switched from Adobe Acrobat Professional and have been using it for 6 months. I am happy it does everything i need and some things even better than Acrobat. The UI is a bit different but I learnt to adapt. It is more stable and rarely crashes. It is also much much better than other PDF readers such as Nitro and 995.

Pros

\* Full compatibility with Adobe Acrobat PDF for most use cases \* Advanced features such as commenting and PDF assembly and optimization are still supported \* No ridiculous ongoing subscription fees and Adobe Cloud \* Faster than Adobe Acrobat Pro \* Doesn't pre-process document flow like Acrobat which makes it much faster to open PDFs

Cons

\* Default "color styles" are not great and too dark for use with Highlight Tool, would be better if you could change these to your own color and opacity \* Ctrl Z undo when copy and pasting text boxes will crash it. Just press Del instead. \* Image and object extraction is not always possible (Export selection and Snapshot tools are not available)
