With Sooqr we could really easility implement a new and fast search in our old system. Also the customer service is really good. Fast reply and they want to help with possible unqiue problems. Pros Sooqr is really easy to setup but still keeps a wide range of functionalities. Whit a easy .js snipped with a open mind for external input you can go all the way. Cons There are strings attached. If you want to have some unique special request then it is a bit more difficult because the build is not in your control. This leads to a better customer experience, less bounces and more sales. The longer we use Sooqr, the less work we have to put in the back end to maintain . Pros Sooqr is easy to use and works straight out-of-the-box. Without any coding knowledge i can adjust anything in Sooqr's back end to my own preferences. The dashboard shows my quick wins and the support is beyond great. Cons We often visit our own website which leads to extra traffic for Sooqr. This makes the data, for example the click-through ratio, in de back end less trustworthy. They are working on a solution for this.
