### "Acute eliminates all guesswork on our end and helps us quickly visualize what users actually want"

Acute is a light in the dark when it comes to running a SaaS. As an early-stage business, there are so many things we could be working on next. The challenge is working on features that multiple users actually want and will use in the future. With Acute, we’re able to aggregate all our customer feedback in one place and share it with all users directly in-app. Being able to quickly 1. view our highest demanded features, 2. see who voted on which feature, and 3. sift through paying and non-paying customers has been a game-changer. Our weekly planning sessions have gotten SO much easier since we started using Acute.

Pros

Great, easy-to-navigate user interface. Lots of customization options for the widget (multiple colors to match your brand, modal option if you don’t want a sticky side tab). Straightforward set up for both the widget installation and the Intercom integration (much less painful than what I was expecting!). Fantastic customer service — Alexandra promptly guided us when we ran into a few issues. The team in general is also very responsive to feedback and feature requests. They’re proactive about continuously improving Acute and making sure that you’re getting enough value out of the product. In one case, I asked for spacing in between paragraphs, and they shipped that functionality out the next day!

Cons

Don't have any cons that I can think of so far

The biggest issue for me with Trello and other customer feedback tools is that they ask our users to do too much — they have to 1. navigate to a page outside our app and 2. often need to have an account on that service to leave feedback. With Acute, our users can directly leave feedback on our site and don’t need to set up an external account.

### "The best product for capturing feature requests and keeping users up to date"

Acute has been great for helping us capture and prioritize user feedback, and stay focused on the features that have the biggest impact for our product. Our users love it too. They are super engaged in posting new requests and voting on others.

Pros

It's super easy for our users to add feature requests and upvote others. They actually use Acute - unlike other similar tools I've used in the past that are clunky for the user. It also sends out updates to users when we start working on a feature they submitted so it's quick and easy to keep everyone up to date.

Cons

Would be great to have a few more integrations such as with Clubhouse and others, but no other cons that I can think of.

### "Great tool for collecting feedback"

Pros

The integration with Intercom is key for us because that is how we primarily interact with customers. Now, customers can easily submit feedback requests from the same place where they ask support questions. The public roadmap link feature is great as well to send to customers for requests.

Cons

I would like to be able to tag users by username in conversations. That's about it!

Pros

It maps the relationship between people and issues for us in a perfect way. It integrates with both Github and Intercom and maintains that layer in between. It's amazing.

Cons

Nothing much. The team has been improving the software relentlessly based on our feedback.

Acute makes it easy to collect and prioritize feedback, which in turns makes our users happy and less likely to churn.

Pros

What we like the most about Acute is the ability to easily prioritize feature requests depending on the number of users asking for it, its impact on the conversion rate, the time it'd take to implement it, etc. It's a killer feature and as far as I know no competitor offers it. This really changes how we prioritize things and takes the guess work out of organizing the product roadmap. We also like the Intercom integration, it makes it seamless to collect user feedback from the Intercom widget as well as conversations with users. Finally, the team is hardworking as proven by all the new update every now and then, and the support is responsive and open to suggestions and feature requests.

Cons

I can't think of anything deal breaking. There were some minor display/UX issues that the Acute team has been very responsive in fixing.

### "Flawless app + Superb support"

Acute allowed me to dive into the mind of my customers without being too pushy with them for feedback. I find that customers are way more open to leaving feedback if it's on their own accord vs. if I bug them for it.

Pros

The support is, first and foremost, top-notch. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is truly attentive and extremely responsive. If you have a feature request or question about the app, just email or @ her directly on Twitter, and she'll respond quickly. The software is extremely easy-to-use and intuitive. I especially like the fact that you can assign weightage to the feature requests based on MRR.

Cons

Mobile support remains weak, but I'm sure it will be rectified in due course!

Acute helped us manage all the chaos of receiving feature requests through all kinds of different channels.

Pros

Integration was a breeze. All we had to do was copy and paste a bit of code into our website. Integrating with Intercom was also very easy, you just click a button and follow the flow. The design is really modern and sleek. We absolutely LOVE the ability to have all our feature requests in one place and to be able to prioritize them based on factors such as Reach, Impact, Effort and Confidence.

Cons

Nothing at the moment. Everything works great and we love it!

Pros

I'm from Brazil and most of our costumers don't speak English, the support has been amazing because they could translate to portugues the basic part that our user could undestand and interact with and alredy implemented another feature that we requested to turn our interaction with our costumer more dynamic. I like a lote how simple it is, has just the necessary to get our costumers feedback and answer them back. I'm pretty happy.

Cons

That don't have support to portugues all over acute, yet! 😉

Because was simple with just what we need, and with a good price.

Pros

Easy to implement, the onsite widget is super clean and intuitive. Does exactly what you need it to without clutter or unnecessary bloat.

Cons

Being to moderate and update feedback items easier/faster would be nice.
