We can also greatly benefit from this strategy of employee development because it allows us to solicit honest responses from our staff. Pros The finest part of this program is the feature that allows you to track your progress in the workplace by monitoring various indicators such as code, gits, projects, and more. It provides an impressive dashboard with charts and statistics for introspective purposes. In addition to offering a helpful community of programmers, it is also free to join.
