"Simply the best "
Pros: Incredibly fast and secured managed hosting that is easy to use and to understand. The possibility of editing your websites on local server thanks to local by flywheel makes the experience better.
Cons: Their support is what brings down their service. It’s what I would like to see them ameliorate.
"Good for new website owners who want decent hosting with decent support"
Overall: We had a good overall experience with Flywheel, though we've now left it for other hosting platforms with more advanced and robust features. Great for when we were beginning to host our own and client websites.
Pros: It was faster than the other hosting companies we were using with a simple setup and deployment solution for us. A great out of the box solution if you want speed for your website without all the headache of a more advanced hosting platform.
Cons: We needed more access to certain features as we grew as a company for our clients. This is a great solution if you're an agency that wants to hand off your hosting to your clients. We wanted more control.
"Decent Sales Automator, almost too many bells and whistles "
Overall: It worked great for our needs. We had a book of prospective business already in place, and Flywheel was effective in managing the process of converting prospects into active clients, while spending less time on administrative/data entry tasks, allowing us to spend more time with our clients.
Pros: It’s got a lot of really useful tools. Decent email templates, account tracker is something needs a follow up or hasn’t been touched in a while, etc. It is also really easy to use once it is set up, and it has both mobile and web apps
Cons: Set up was cumbersome. There is also a little too much going on, too many notifications and places in the process where accounts/campaigns can get lost. Support team isn’t the best either, long wait times for a solution.
"An excellent software for marketing and sales tools with easy implementation "
Overall: It's bee excellent so far and looking forward to additional time using it
Pros: It allows the user to easily create the necessary marketing tools which gives them the oppertunity to build out their plan for product launch and management. The sales tools tie in easily
Cons: Sometimes it gives too many options and it is somewhat difficult to naviagate through all of the tools and resources the software gives
