Cons They charged me $99.99 despite cancelling the free trial immediately after using it. We love it and sincerely recommend it. They're honest and they are responsive if you have a question. Truly happy we found them. Cons I wish there was a set fee for an unlimited number of persons. Maybe not unlimited but perhaps 5 to begin with and a different tier for 10 or more. Switched from [eFax](https://www.capterra.com/p/174254/eFax/) They were awful and rude. 2 1/2 hours holding for technical support. Overbilling. They kept charging us 4 times the contract amount. Their customer service was so rude it was downright unbelievable. I would NEVER go back to them. NEVER. Reasons for choosing iFax iFax was user friendly and I received an email from someone right away asking if we had questions and how to help us. I also received an immediate email once I contacted iFax team.I really like iFax and wish to continue doing business for many many years to come.
