Cons I haven't yet encountered a negative aspect of this app. Everything has been a dream so far from reliable fax transmissions to records keeping with the archiving feature. I will stay away if there are any other alternatives at all available. Pros It sent the faxes, as expected. It functions. Cons Extremely predatory practices when it comes to charging you for things. But so far, I was able to handle sending information for a bill with confiential data quickly. Pros This software is easy to use, and I can see what I am sending as a real document. It allows unlimited attachments, which is pretty cool. It has OCR capability, that is really useful as well. Cons I am in the trial, but so far, the only think I do not like is I have to pay for it a year in advance. Reason for choosing iFax It is used by so many companies whose names I recognize. These are companies who have so much to lose if their customers information is compromised. I will have a lot to lose as well. I feel like if those companies can trust ifax, then so can I. I wanted to look very professional and they did not provide options for vanity numbers and encryption without extra cost. I was not pleased with the fact that they charged me and the service was difficult to use, when I asked about a refund they refused even though it was clear I could not use it. We love it and sincerely recommend it. They're honest and they are responsive if you have a question. Truly happy we found them. Cons I wish there was a set fee for an unlimited number of persons. Maybe not unlimited but perhaps 5 to begin with and a different tier for 10 or more. Reason for choosing iFax iFax was user friendly and I received an email from someone right away asking if we had questions and how to help us. I also received an immediate email once I contacted iFax team.I really like iFax and wish to continue doing business for many many years to come. Pros I liked that you are able to try iFax for free before you decide to purchase it. The iFax was surprisingly fast and I was even given an expected time of delivery. I like the email to fax and fax to email feature as well. Cons I wish the first free fax was able to contain more than just one attachment. I would also like to see a confirmation number once the fax is sent. Also would like the option to create a cover letter. Reason for choosing iFax Because it seemed to be the best option when researched and the process was very fast and simple. At first, it looks like a legal company the free trial is very appealing; however, they will charge you WAY before the trial ends, I got charged $99.99 the 2nd day I started the "free trial" Cons IS ALL CONS! After the charged me the 2nd day of my supposed "free trial" I have been contacting them, through their dashboard portal and the customer service email, they keep giving me the same "copy and paste" responds. First, they say I had to contact Microsoft to request a refund, then that said I had to contact PayPal to request a refund. NOWHERE in their terms ad conditions, nor the moment you are signing up for the trial it says I will have to go through a third party to request a refund. But above all, all of this could of being avoided if they wouldn't charge the very 2nd day I made the HUGE mistake of giving them my information.
