Don't fall for the free trial. You'll be charged for a full year anyway and will not get a refund.

Pros

Opened my eyes to reputable companies like this.

Cons

I was ripped off. Cancelled the trial well before the end of the seven day period. Still was charged.

I deal with people who will only take a fax, not an email (sigh). I don't have a landline so I needed to find a solution. Selected the Free option which will limit the number of faxes I can send per month but right now that is just fine.

Pros

Ease of use including cover page and attachment and I selected the All Free option because I don't expect to send many faxes, at least not yet.

Cons

So far I have none really. Waiting to hear from the recipient. Fingers crossed.

We have not had or kneaded fax capability in more than 10 years yet government organisation in the UK still only allow this form of communication. It solved a serious problem for me

Pros

It was easy to use in a difficult situation where recipient would not receive any other form of communication. Without it i would have had to wait in excess of 7 days to receive monies owed to a client.

I have only used the product one, so so far no problems

I think it is a great program and highly recommend to all.

Pros

I absolutely loved the simplicity of it all. I also like the feature of being able to send the fax receipt to recipient.

Cons

There is nothing negative I could say. For the amount of times I have used the program, I have not had one outlying issue.

Pros

I needed to send a fax and do not fax enough to subscribe to a fax service. I just needed to send this one fax.ifax was the only choice I could find.

Cons

Since I only waned to send one fax, I did not want to subscribe to a service yet there were two numbers that I wanted to fax to. With ifaz that is part of their Premium Service offering which I understand completely that it should be.
