It's clear that their M.O. is to charge customers even if they cancel, and then give them the runaround hoping they'll give up. Pros They sent a fax online for me. Their only function. Cons They charged me $99.99 despite cancelling the free trial immediately after using it. I’ll bring this to BBB. Pros Easy to use App is the only thing good about them. Cons Poor management or not honest. When I only use 7 percent of my allowance per page count at settings they would shut down my service and asked me to sign up for an upgrade. I denied it n hours later my service would return for a few pages then another lock out. I have been complaining for two weeks with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] but nothing changed. I am now moving to SrFax. Reason for choosing iFax MetroFax is all over the place, la lung focus and has a lot of hidden charges. They charge time on top of pages. November 29, 2022 5.0 This was so simple and easy to use. I had to bookmark the site "just in case" I ever need to fax again. Oh, and so quick! It got my documents there in hard copy format just in the snap of the fingertips. What's not to love about this? Pros This is about the only time I ever needed to send a fax from home. All other fax services required me to sign up, purchase a phone number, and pay a fee per fax/page. I do not need all that. This service allowed me to send just one fax up to five pages, I believe, and there was no charge. Just what I needed. Cons Honestly, if anyone has anything negative to say about this service, well, then they may be spoiled rotten and should be ashamed of themselves. Pros Ease of instructions and speed of sending a fax; so brilliantly simplified, it is unbelievable. Remember the old fax machines that would chew up the paper , the dialing up system was way-too complicated (especially if linked to a PABX system), and there was no assurance the fax actually reached the supposed recipient. Cons Nothing at all! IT IS NO WELL DESIGNED THAT ONE COULD NOT DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SERVICE. Cons Even in your email to me, you called me \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] (there is not a \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] at our company). There does not appear to be a serious customer support effort here. My service should be a higher "premium" version yet it shows basic which appears to be all I need. It is very limited once there is a technical or billing issue as you intentionally do not want any contact with customer support and if your system is frozen you cannot submit it anyway. I have had no problem and absolutely no problem. It keeps a record of all my sent and received faxes and it provides me with a dedicated fax number. I have never had an issue or problem.
