Cons The software is good, the only thing that I would fix is that once you first setup the account it does not ask you to verify the sent phone number and it will fail. It's fast and easy to use as well. I appreciate that there is a free account that allows for one fax a month. Should my needs change, I would upgrade, but thankfully most of my clients don't deal with faxes and we email documents. Cons Can't really think of any. A while back in the past I used to like that you could purchase credits to fax and hold those credits until needed.
