I made sure that I bookmarked this site as I really don't want to loose it. Pros Looking around online went through most of fax offering, an I though they were supper expensive. BUT when I stumbled on your offering, I could not believe how simple and easy this was. There is no guessing, no hoops to jump through, I faxed within 2 minutes and everything went very slick. I am impressed and would not hesitate to tell you that if you are looking for something that works without the stress. GET THIS ONE... you will not be disappointed. Cons I guess, the delay from the time I send it and the time your system sends it, but I understand and willing to live with this. Otherwise there absolutely nothing to complain about. A week and multiple requests went ignored. Cons Support ignored multiple requests for help. Sales says they can't do anything and I have to wait for support to get back to me. No way to contact anyone via phone. Terrible service. Crap display/truncates fax without warning. Can't see full fax you sent because it displays only the first page. Dismal product at best. For someone like myself, who will likely only use this a handful of times a year (thanks to my fossil of a doctor's office), this was the only website I found providing this simple service for free. Now a days, who get a fax machine in their home. It was quite late, I received this paper to validate my loan. 2 options: by mail or by fax. Since I was in a hurry, I googled how can I fax by email and here I'm. I tested Faxzero w/o success and landed up on iFax which was perfect. Cons 20 pages to fax in one raw, I had to switch to a pay plan right away but I understood.
