Pros So user-friendly, and very well organized. The team management dashboard is just as easy to follow. Being relatively inexpensive makes this a great platform too for those random dealings where the only options are fax and mail, and it's simply easier to drag the information from your computer files to the site, then go print and mail the package. Cons There was NOTHING I didn't like about it. It was quick. No entering a lot of personal information, creating an account, and I took a picture of the document! There is no way to cancel. \*\*\*Beware before you think you are only TRYING the software!!! Be prepared to need to dispute the charge with Google to receive a refund!!! \*\*\* Pros None, I used the product one time. October 27, 2022 5.0 I don't typically need to send faxes, so I sought out an online option. iFax's Freemium plan caught my attention, so I tried it. It was very easy to use -- just enter the recipient info, any cover page details, and upload a document. I uploaded a PDF and was able to see the preview of it before sending. Super easy! Who knows when the next time will be that I'll need to send a fax, but I'll definitely be back to iFax when the time comes! Pros iFax was very user friendly and easy to understand. From Google search for an online fax tool to Freemium plan sign-up to sending a fax, it only took me about 5 minutes.
