"Spaaza helped building better relationships with our customers, both offline and online."
Overall: Their analytical dashboard is surprisingly good. Other companies often have a fancy-looking dashboard with little useful information, but Spaaza's dashboard immediately provided new insights into customer behavior, which makes it easy to transform these insights into actionable campaigns.
Pros: The dedication of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team is admirable. They are very involved in the projects and eager to improve their software by learning from business cases. In case of questions or when in need of advice, they are always at the ready.
Cons: Thanks to Spaaza there is now a loyalty program in-stores and online. During the initial implementation, not everything on the wishlist was yet available, but with the help of their team, good alternative solutions were put in place for the short term. In the background, they continued developing these wishes as new features.

"Spaaza & North Sails Apparel"
Pros: Working with Spaaza and the team was a pleasure. In an ever changing retail environment and with requirements changing throughout the project, their support and willingness to do whatever it takes to make things work was great. Spaaza offers a standardised suite for a loyalty program with the ability to do customized development where needed to suit your needs. The Spaaza team has a very strong can-do mentality which is very pleasant to work with.
Cons: Ease of integration and adding new features. Yes, their API integration works with any platform however integrating it with our 25 year old POS system was very difficult. Topics like aligning POS discount rules, product line discount rules vs. total order discounts rules and relating that to returns were challenging. Their API documentation sometimes could have been better on this point. In the end the software was capable of doing anything needed. I think the most challenging part of running this project was to find a balance between a MVP and Ferrari. The road towards the right end product was a bit bumpy and I think on some topics Spaaza could take more of a lead role with their experience in setting up loyalty projects.

Pros: Het is meer dan een loyalty programma. Het biedt ook veel inzicht in jouw klanten.
Cons: Als ik een minpunt zou moeten noemen is dat er geen directe integratie is met administratie software.

Pros: Je hebt een duidelijk overzicht. Niet te veel vragen voor de klant.
Cons: Soms is hij wat traag. Zou graag ook in de geschiedenis van de klant kunnen kijken. De knop is er wel, alleen de gegevens niet.

Cons: Soms lastig om klanten terug te vinden op basis van e-mail en achternaam. Wij gebruiken geen adresgegevens.

Pros: makkelijk, veilig, spaarsysteem, makkelijk klanten opzoeken en in bestand zetten
Cons: bij ons is het programma een beetje traag maar ligt vast aan de computer

Pros: Spaaza is a complete loyalty software program. Implementation is generally straight forward.
Cons: The integration with Shopify is still premature
