Pros
I like all of it's features. The ease of use of their UI, very helpful staff and also their features are just awesome.
I love how easy it is to use & it is pretty affordable compared to some others.
Then if I don't consume the credits get's carried over the next month. They also have an open API which we can use on our automation which is a great help.
Cons
I can't think of anything I don't like about it.
This means if there's a few months where you don't need to use your account, you either keep paying anyway or lose all of the credits that have been carried over.
The Cost, change to a low monthly subscription with no limits and see subs fly.
"Always good results"
Overall: The guys have been helpful throughout the time and even implemented some addition we suggested.
Pros: Ease of use and the flow that fits our process better. Plus the credit system.
Cons: At some point they still had some improvements for their data, but this seems fixed now.

Overall: Super helpful
Pros: Anymail finder is the best email finder I've come across. It only charges for fully verified emails, and is super easy to use. Their customer support is also very helpful, [sensitive content hidden] was very generous with his time helping me out.
Cons: I cannot think of anything
"Unfair billing practices"
Overall: There are better tools with better pricing and much higher email finding and verification rate. I would not recommend.
Pros: They only charge for verified emails. But the amount of verified emails they are able to find in the lists I upload are very low.
Cons: I have almost 7 months worth of credits left, worth hundreds of dollars, but I can't pause my subscription, or downgrade without losing all of these credits.

Overall: I choose Anymail Finder over: Hunter.io Snov.io ZoomInfo Lead.iq There are so many competitors but I only choose one: AMF
Pros: - easy to use - great founder who constantly supports clients - efficient
Cons: The biggest downfall is expiration of credits.

Overall: I am working with webinar/event planning groups who look to bring in "butts in the seats" and this service has been super. O the consulting side, we have developed voice-of-customer surveys to send out which have returned results in line with expectations both in deliverable rates, open rates and completions. I researched several email append options and happily landed on this one.
Pros: The software delivers what it promises, and is easily utilized. The simplicity makes figuring it out quick. The unlimited unverifiable emails is a godsend, and truly works. I have found an >80% deliverable rate when combining both verifiable and unverifiable emails, and response rate to be consistent with industry expectations/ norms.
Cons: There really isn't anything least liked, especially for the cost:value. One feature to add might be matching names to unverifiable emails returned (once an unverifiable email is returned from a general company search, perhaps being able to then upload the results file to see if a person's name could be matched to that email). I would pay for this added capability.
