Cons Horrendous support. Guy called \[sensitive content hidden\] goes on ego trips to just to try to show you who's boss. God forbid you disagree with him on something. My experience with the tool sucked and I had a 1-year subscription with them. I asked for a refund on day 1 of the subscription (even asked them to subtract all my trial usage) and they refused—blatant theft. The guy \[sensitive content hidden\] they have handling things will be a chargeback magnet and will end this company if things continue like that. Last time I did a chargeback was so, so, so long ago that I had to figure out how to do it all over. They're that bad and left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I felt I needed to share this on every review platform on the planet. \[sensitive content hidden\] seem like reasonable people but they refuse to overrule this guy and he absolutely has no business running a company for sure. I would not recommend. Pros They only charge for verified emails. But the amount of verified emails they are able to find in the lists I upload are very low. Cons I have almost 7 months worth of credits left, worth hundreds of dollars, but I can't pause my subscription, or downgrade without losing all of these credits. I'd say about half of the unverified emails that I've gotten from anymail have not worked. However, they don't count towards the number of emails you purchased if they are not verified which is nice. It is also affordable in comparison to other email finders. Pros I love how easy it is to use & it is pretty affordable compared to some others. Cons There are quite a few unverified addresses that come from anymail. Unverified addresses only work about half the time for me. We have long-time subscribers who have changed jobs and who continue to use a personal email address. When we market to them this can be awkward. We also have many situations where we have a meeting scheduled by one person but there is a large group in the room who we are introduced to by name only. Having access to those people's email addresses has been invaluable. Cons The plans were a little expensive for our manual process but the team is incredible and responsive.
