Pros

Die Übersichtlichkeit und Bedienbarkeit sind durchdacht. Es sind alle Funktionen, die ein Intranet benötigt vorhanden. Man merkt die langjährige Erfahrung des Teams. Bei anderen Lösungen sucht man oft noch nach der einen oder anderen Funktion. Dem Kencube Intranet merkt man, dass das System aus echten Kundenwünschen gewachsen ist. Es ist aber auch kein Ballast vorhanden. Unnötiger Ballast ist im Gegenzug auch nicht vorhanden. Die Gruppen - und Berechtigungsstruktur ist eingängig.

Cons

Es gibt an sich keine Kritikpunkte. Der einzige Punkt, der wünschenswert wäre, ist eine zusätzliche Spalte für Kategorien, so dass man auch bei vielen Dokumenten innerhalb eines Workspaces zusätzliche Filterungsmöglichkeiten hat.

Pros

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die simple und ansprechende Oberfläche und die Möglichkeiten, diese mit Widgets zu gestalten. Den Einrichtungsprozess und wie dieser begleitet wurde. Die verschiedenen Funktionen innerhalb der App. Und vor allem der Support nach der Einrichtung: Es wird jederzeit schnell und zielführend geantwortet. Der Kontakt zu Herrn \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] ist hervorragend und es macht dank ihm einfach super Spaß, mit der App zu arbeiten.

Cons

Wir haben bisher keinerlei schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei und es gibt keinerlei Ausfälle.

Aufbau nach kurzer Zeit. Super schneller und freundlicher Support. Bedienbarkeit ist klasse und ermöglicht einen individullen Aufbau ohne große Einarbeitungszeit. Für uns ist es zu einem wichtigen Instrument geworden um unsere Standorte zu verbinden.

Cons

Hier und da vermisst man machmal ein paar kleine Funktionen. Der Support nimmt diese aber sofort auf oder bietet Alternativen.

Wir sind extrem zufrieden mit KenCube und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorzugeben ist der tolle Support.

Pros

Der Support ist unglaublich gut. Es wird einem immer direkt weitergeholfen und die Mitarbeiter sind immer daran interessiert so schnell wie möglich Lösungen zu finden. Es werden immer wieder neue Dinge im System implementiert, man merkt es wird ständig an Verbesserung gearbeitet.

Cons

Es gibt ein paar kleine Funktionen die noch cool wären, die habe ich aber bereits angebracht.

Es ist ein Intranet was so einfach zu bedingen ist und super schön aussieht. Es macht Spass Informationen einzugeben und zu benutzen!

Cons

Die Mobile Version ist mir noch zu "schlank" aber es ist ok so. Bestimmt Funktionen: Regelmässige Info-Meldungen könnten noch verbessert werden. Ferienkalender für die jeweiligen Abteilungen. (Freigabe direkt beim Vorgesetzten)
