Zello is a great tool to use in a business to communicate with one another without having to make a phone call or chase someone down.

Pros

Zello is a great "walkie talkie" application. We use this for communication between associates. Also allows for text messages.

Cons

Many times I've heard more than one associate talking at once. There's no actual notification of text messages unless you are clicked on the associate that messaged.

This software is great to talk to a friend, or a team of coworkers, making voice, text and image sharing simple and fast. In our application we use Zello for Emergency broadcasts and communication so that all team members are acutely aware of what's transpiring.

Pros

The mobile application is convenient and most practical for our team. Allowing us to have real-time delivery of communications.

Cons

Some Zello apps are subscription based and on other platforms their maybe no cost. This inconsistency was confusing and not uniform across the board.

We are a police corporation in the state of Veracruz, Mexico. When we arrived to manage the operations, there was a fragile telecommunications infrastructure that did not support all operational services, which made it difficult to supervise officers in the field. With the inclusion of ZELLO, our operations have been exponentially streamlined since each officer has the application on his cell phone or tablet, receiving communications directly and without delay, giving a better response to citizens in the prevention and containment of crimes.

Pros

Its versatility and user-friendliness make it an application that, when used well, has become a powerful communications tool.

Cons

So far, all of its components are essential and well designed to achieve perfect harmony in use.

Zello is so easy to use and train new employees. Being able to communicate with others in our group is vital and Zello helps us stay connected.

Pros

What I like most about Zello is that I can get ahold of anyone when I need to no matter the location. Our techs were out in the field and I can easily communicate with them at any time. Plus, the battery life is great!

Cons

In some of our territory locations, cell phone signal is very low. This can cause some issues but luckily we do not encounter this often.

Pros

It has provided me with a very good cooperation with my colleagues in the fire department without wasting any time in our communication and we have an immediate response in matters of geographical location

The fact that you cannot have in the Live application the map where the cars are moving to give you directly the moment they attempt.. This is only done on the Website

I had an excellent experience with Zello it was easy to get in touch with other employees with it and I didn't have to carry or waste my money on buying a two way radio.

I dont have to use a seperate radio with Zello

Data usage was not very good using it I thought it would be alot less.

Zello has been a game changer for us, the system is easy to use and when you need support, they're right there for you.

Pros

Being able to track our teams using the zello map.

Cons

Not being able to add addresses inside the zello map to get ETAs, instead you have to jump over to google maps
