"Great way to stay connected"

**Overall:** Zello is so easy to use and train new employees. Being able to communicate with others in our group is vital and Zello helps us stay connected.

**Pros:** What I like most about Zello is that I can get ahold of anyone when I need to no matter the location. Our techs were out in the field and I can easily communicate with them at any time. Plus, the battery life is great!

**Cons:** In some of our territory locations, cell phone signal is very low. This can cause some issues but luckily we do not encounter this often.

"Excellent Application. "

**Overall:** 10/10

**Pros:** Ease of use. Quick connectivity. Being able to connect with my team anywhere and anytime.

**Cons:** Some updates reset settings causing users issues.
