Our customers gets help faster in our stores, so they are happy too.And from a IT perspective we have zero downtime, and great management features. And there are still new features coming. All in all, a very good experience! Pros The management console is the key feature for us in IT. It makes our work easier. The up-time is also a something I feel is worth mention. Not yet did we have any issue on the front. And at last the efficient/fast communication Cons It's hard to point out something. A lot of times the issues we have or the request we have is fixed. I think the only feature we're missing now is the option for display names in channels. That gives the option for more and better integration with MDM solutions without leaving the end-user with weird channel names. In our application we use Zello for Emergency broadcasts and communication so that all team members are acutely aware of what's transpiring. Pros The mobile application is convenient and most practical for our team. Allowing us to have real-time delivery of communications. Cons Some Zello apps are subscription based and on other platforms their maybe no cost. This inconsistency was confusing and not uniform across the board. Pros Zello is a great "walkie talkie" application. We use this for communication between associates. Also allows for text messages. Cons Many times I've heard more than one associate talking at once. Being able to communicate with others in our group is vital and Zello helps us stay connected. Pros What I like most about Zello is that I can get ahold of anyone when I need to no matter the location. Our techs were out in the field and I can easily communicate with them at any time. Plus, the battery life is great! Cons In some of our territory locations, cell phone signal is very low. This can cause some issues but luckily we do not encounter this often. When we arrived to manage the operations, there was a fragile telecommunications infrastructure that did not support all operational services, which made it difficult to supervise officers in the field. With the inclusion of ZELLO, our operations have been exponentially streamlined since each officer has the application on his cell phone or tablet, receiving communications directly and without delay, giving a better response to citizens in the prevention and containment of crimes. Cons Zello is driving a lot of advancements with their applications, but one area forgotten about is the dedicated radio support. It has made dispatching Ambulances so much easer across the state. We haven't seen any down time on the system at all. Zello is vary good with emailing us when they are working on the system, and what we should except when they are doing maintenance. Another big plus for us is the ability for us to make channels on the fly, for any small or big incident. Cons I love everything about the system. Reliance is Security for some very dangerous high crime properties. om multiple occasions I have been able to pinpoint an officer's location when they are in emergency situations cutting down their backups response time. Cons When I am trying to pull past radio traffic it will only let me go through so many entries before it kicks me out and I have to start over. Pros The application is easy to use and to administer. I currently administer Zello Work for a regional Public Safety agency with over 200 users. It's very simple to create a user and send them their use profile. The ability to manage user settings from the web portal is a huge plus. Cons Wish there was and integration between Zellowork and Free zello for those users that need to be contacted on the side but should not be in the Zello work environment.
