The look and the feel add a professionilism that you just will never get using anything other than an OTT platform and these guys take a lot of pride in doing it right. Owner Media Production Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "An Unfortunate Waste of Time" September 16, 2023 2.0 I've been working with \[sensitive content hidden\] ( My Account Representative) since February 2023. He gave me all of the information about using their database to have my App created. \[sensitive content hidden\] originally told me that it only takes a few days to create the app. I used their free version first to design the page and set up my videos. On July 26, 2023 I upgraded to have the App created and that's when Wael told me that it takes 30 to 45 days. Once I upgraded my subscription and started paying for the additional space and paid to have the App created, they stop responding to my emails, and 50 days later, I still don't have an App, and they are still ignoring my emails. I had to put a freeze on my bank account so that they could not take any more money, and I just removed them from having permission on my google play account. 7 months of wasted time. Pros I liked the fact that I thought I was dealing with a company that can design my App Cons The say they are available 24/7 even on Holidays, but it takes them 11 or more days to respond to an inquiry. They had me fooled in thinking that it will take them 30 to 45 days to build my App, and yet here it is 50 days later, I still don't have an App and they have been ignoring all of my emails. Since I started using it, they have been adding features, maybe it still needs some more to be the perfect platform, but they are having a good roadmap adding features all the time. Pros Very easy to use and customize. It's an excellent option to make your custom YouTube platform. Streaming videos, charge them based on a subscription model or one-time payment. I stacked 2 codes right away, now hoping the team can put up a Tier 3 or something where there's more room for the monthly credit. (so you won't feel restricted with 3000m content + 20000m content delivery per month) That would be amazing for us as a content creator, education to provide such HQ service to our students. I found a small bug here and there but the team has upcoming releases to take care of those. People can pay me to watch the content. Pros 1\. One of the Best UI for Video on Demand. 2. Cost effective storage plan. Calculation is per minute. 3. 0% charges for Monetization. 4. Live Streaming option. 5. HLS encryption. 6. API access will be available soon. This will be helpful for streaming it on my own OTT platform. Cons 1\. OTT App for TV should be included in the package for free of cost. Reason: Currently they provide cast option from browser but as Chromecast is limited to only 1080p i cannot cast 4K ever, unless i open browser on my TV. That is not it should be. As this platform is meant for TV, OTT Apps should be available for all the plans. 2. Other platforms are now in competition that are giving HLS based delivery. For me I have to look for basic OTT App and link all the videos to that. Teyuto concept let you distribute; monetize, and scale effectively. If you don't have your own streaming channel, Teyuto is your opportunity! You can customizable, create coupons for promotions, emails, analytics, and as well video quizzes. Teyuto was easy to set up without having to watch the video tutorials.
