Pros 1\. It has many features related to conversion and merging PDF files. 2. Also has online PDF viewer which is not very common for most services online. 3. It is free which is an added bonus and makes it accessible to everyone. Cons It is still not working for some functions like word to pdf and excel to pdf. Other than this, there are no drawbacks of using this service. Pros All the provided features of GorillaPDF is absolutely free of cost. It can convert almost all the files in PDF format without any issues whatsoever! Cons It would be really helpful to provide an extension and a paid version where some nitty-gritty features are provided. Editing PDF features can also help. Switched from [PDFShift](https://www.capterra.com/p/184246/PDFShift/) It had fewer features and it could only convert HTML documents unlike GorillaPDF which can convert almost all well-known formats.
