"More than you expect..."
Overall: Quite a simple solution for the well-known issues with feedbacks and filling forms/surveys on a daily/weekly basis. In fact, you are fully in charge of what and how you need to do to receive, share and escalate from a feedback perspective as an end-user, while as admin/manager you'll get much more data to extract and analyze: team/company health and complaints, bounds and links, areas which need more attention and ways to address issues at their early stage. Definitely worth trying!
Pros: The flexibility of the app in general, ease of use and friendly interface. Reach functionality to track important information about areas of improvement.
Cons: Reporting is not straight forward. Effectiveness depends on amount of users actively involved so I'd suggest implementing it for the entire organization.

Overall: Some of my colleagues work remotely and I don't always have an opportunity to talk with them in private. This tool helps me to communicate with my supervisor and allows me to create meetings and leave notes straight at the calendar section.
Pros: To evaluate my colleagues ad dials section. It is clear and easy.
Cons: The could be a bigger choice of Kudos cards.
