Utilisation simple et intuitive pour les réceptionnistes. En termes d'analyse de ventes et de CA, les outils sont assez riches et nous pouvons facilement personnaliser certaines éditions, et les exporter sous excel.

Pros

Le support est toujours disponible pour une question , C'est une équipe interne; nous avons toujours les même interlocuteurs, ce qui est particulièrement agréable pour travailler.

Cons

Les demandes personnelles de développement sont rarement traitées lorsqu'il s'agit d'une demande assez propre à l’établissement , dont les autres hôtels n'en ont pas fait la demande,

we have been working with MEDIALOG since MEDIALOG exists and at no single moment we ever intended to change. Contact with the teams is good and helpfull and we are very happy overall

Pros

The software MEDIALOG is very intuitive. This is important for our small hotels as we often need to hire new people who do not necessarly know that software. Once you told them: do what the software ask. If you don't now anymore, try "enter" or "escape" and you will know what to do! The programmers working at MEDIALOG keep on evolving the programm all the time according to the new needs of our business sector.

Cons

Maybe a little bit expensive and should organize twice a year free teaching for all new applications
