Cons It would be helpful to have auto-generated training upon first login, ideally make it specific to the sections of the software we use. In addition, the pay reports only go back 8 years so it would be beneficial to have access to all payments made to staff upon first use of the software. Pros Payroll preview is quick to receive. Tutorials are informative. Cons Lack of user changes allowed to reporting setup, ie. adjusting the payroll register layout. Customizable and very useful for managing our payroll. Features provided definitely makes it easy for our small-medium sized company to handle all the intricacies of dealing payroll. The customer service is great. Pros The software is easy to use and there is extensive additional user information within the program itself. It offers warnings if limits are reached or amounts do not make sense. The preview before processing is very useful, and the customer service has been so helpful. I like that lines can be added whenever needed. I took over as payroll administrator only recently and the was not part of the initial set up. January 5, 2021 5.0 Pros We've integrated Dayforce with Powerpay, so payroll has been much easier now. Ceridian's customer service team is always available and it's great having support within a few minutes of calling. Cons Rapid Entry timesheets could be improved for any companies who do manual punching. Currently, if you input information on employee timesheets, the employee is excluded from rapid entry (they're listed, you just cant make any changes on there).
