It is easy and fast to use and insert information. Cons The information for each employee could be more accessible to HR. Sometimes I spent time finding the profile for each employee. And after my meeting with the Ceridian Representative, I was sure that it would be the best decision for our company. As a small non-profit, this has saved us precious dollars that we can redirect towards our mission. Pros Powerpay handles all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into paying employees so I don't need to worry about calculating deductions at source, creating T4s and submitting required installments. I do like it tells me an error and let me change it before it is finalized. I also like I can preview the full payroll before it gets submit. It is web based so I can process my payroll anywhere. Cons I don't like changes. Once I am used to the interface of the program and you changed it after a number of years is annoying.
