September 4, 2025 1.0 I signed up for a yearly subscription back in January with included migration of my content. It’s now September- 9 months later- and my site is still not migrated! I can’t even use the platform properly because my content isn’t there. In July, I told them clearly that I couldn’t use Systeme fully until the migration is done and that I'd ask for a refund if they kept leaving me on "Seen". Guess what? They kept the money and did not complete the migration 2 months later! And oh.....did they have excuses to serve?! Because I was briefly unavailable in May (wedding and honey moon), they just canceled my migration altogether—as if 5 months of waiting meant nothing. When I reminded them I'm still waiting, they took one more month to even resume the work. This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a painful waste of money. If you’re thinking about using Systeme.io and you have content to transfer - please choose some of the competitors. Here they'll take your money and leave you hanging for 3/4 of the payment period. Pros It looked nice and shiny, I liked it in the beginning. But I didn't know that it's a trap and I'd have to wait 3/4 of my payment period for them to migrate my content so that I can properly use the platform. Cons They do no deliver on their promises. I like the idea, that all the features are available in the free version too, so that the cost at the beginning of creating online business can remain modest. It is also good to have all the necessary marketing features built-in so they work together without problems and you can edit them easily, all using the same logic and similar editor. Pros The whole systeme is very flexible to any online business, but it's also the con as you need to have some kind of idea, what you are willing to accomplish. Tutorials help a lot in the beginning. January 3, 2025 5.0 I've signed up with this platform as a recommendation from a friend over 3 months ago. I was shocked that everything I needed ( a course and a website with a payment system ) was included in a free plan. I don't know how these guys do it. Since I knew I was a free customer the customer service would not be that great. As a matter of fact, I rarely expect good customer service anymore even when I do pay. For the last 3 months I have bombarded their customer support with multiple daily questions. Not only have they replied extremely fast, they have replied with good useful information and great directions for me to get my work done while being polite and organized. And it looks like many different people picked up my issues and everybody appeared to be trained into a top notch support people so I got consistently good answers like I was talking to the same person every time. In addition to that the UI for creating a course and the website is very easy and required very little effort. My course and my website are now finished and ready to launch. March 27, 2025 5.0 Systeme.io is a great app to use for a small business who is just starting up and needing a way to reach your audience, get their contact info and then keep them up-to-date with newsletters/emails. It was easy to add our custom domain and create the pages we needed to get things started quickly and easily. Pros We really like the newsletter feature that allows us to send out emails to specific contacts based upon their tag(s). The CRM is easy to manage and adding custom fields for the contacts is a must for our business. Cons Unfortunately, in the CRM we cannot rearrange the custom merge fields. Also, at times when we delete a contact, it's still showing in the deleted contacts area even though it's past the 30 day window of when they're deleted permanently. Review Source CM Carolina M.
