September 4, 2025 1.0 I signed up for a yearly subscription back in January with included migration of my content. It’s now September- 9 months later- and my site is still not migrated! I can’t even use the platform properly because my content isn’t there. In July, I told them clearly that I couldn’t use Systeme fully until the migration is done and that I'd ask for a refund if they kept leaving me on "Seen". Guess what? They kept the money and did not complete the migration 2 months later! And oh.....did they have excuses to serve?! Because I was briefly unavailable in May (wedding and honey moon), they just canceled my migration altogether—as if 5 months of waiting meant nothing. When I reminded them I'm still waiting, they took one more month to even resume the work. This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a painful waste of money. If you’re thinking about using Systeme.io and you have content to transfer - please choose some of the competitors. Here they'll take your money and leave you hanging for 3/4 of the payment period. Pros It looked nice and shiny, I liked it in the beginning. But I didn't know that it's a trap and I'd have to wait 3/4 of my payment period for them to migrate my content so that I can properly use the platform. Cons They do no deliver on their promises. We could tell that customer satisfaction was important to \[sensitive content hidden\] and that made us feel valued. Pros We have been with systeme.io since autumn 2024 and in May we decided to migrate our website over to the platform as well. \[sensitive content hidden\] was responsible for the migration and there were a few niggles with it but he went above and beyond to help smooth things over. Even doing some bits and pieces in his own time. He made sure everything worked and checked back with us. Cons Sometimes \[sensitive content hidden\] did not respond in as timely a fashion as we would have liked but because we have been working with systeme.io we had other ways of being able to get hold of him. Quick responses and enough detail to help me fix the problem without being confusing. They even included screenshots showing what I needed to change. I think the email says response within 24 hours, but the three times I reached out, it was between 30 to 90 minutes. Cons As with all products, there are challenges. Although the customer service is great, the documentation could be a bit better. One reason I had a problem is that the documentation had the word ALIAS instead of CNAME. November 6, 2024 5.0 I have been with Systeme for a few years and have written positive reviews for them but in recent months they have helped me and my business so much that I feel I need to post another review. There was a special running on social media for a whitelabel platform of Gohighlevel, and I bought in. The deal was great and I used it for a few months in addition to my Systeme accounts and suddenly the white label ( Clixlo) stopped working. Without going into detail about how that company ripped off 1000's of people and then tried to make us go to GHL I decided to upgrade my account on Systeme as its as solid and honest as any platform could be. I contacted them and they were amazingly helpful migrating my entire data from "Clixlo" to my Systeme for FREE. The person migrating my account was in touch with me throughout the whole process and accommodated my emergency situation as Clixlo was just going to shut down and I would have lost everything. Mouad was incredible and migrated it all within a weeks time. Once I was migrated I had to reset my funnels, reset and create my affiliate program and much more and I reached out to support. Systeme Support is world class and they have helped me with every issue, big or small, within 24 hours, most of the time within 2 hours, seven days a week. Systeme Support makes me feel like a valuable client, makes me feel like my products and courses are important and they never fault me for not knowing how to do something. They are there not only to help but have taught me so much. I am very very happy with Systeme but especially their support team. Pros Systeme has the best support team and have helped me greatly with every issue I've had no matter how big or small. Cons There are two things that I wish Systeme would implement. 1. the ability to use products outside of the system as upsells and downsells 2.
