It would be great if they continued to work on their product and developed it with updates / changes especially in this new AI environment. Pros I have used this for an online course that my clients can login and access on demand. Allows video upload, course flipbook, tasks to complete, progress bar, branded experience, etc. which is very handy. Other great features such as funnels etc. for sales that we haven't utilized but are available. Cons It is difficult enrolling students within the course and we have been having to do it through a "forgot password" method after setup. I'm not sure if the process has changed but it would be great if they made this process easier and less hidden for the admin. The pricing for what you get is really incredible. Cons It takes some getting used to with where everything is located. Sometimes, you need to change your main settings, but other times, you need to go into settings located elsewhere. Setting up a funnel or website is a bit clunky. I'm blown away on how in depth the instruction actually is. Very informative, clear, concise, and yet wildly overwhelming in quality. I'm seeing possibilities of websites, digital sales, marketing, course development, etc all within this one system. It’s now September- 9 months later- and my site is still not migrated! I can’t even use the platform properly because my content isn’t there. In July, I told them clearly that I couldn’t use Systeme fully until the migration is done and that I'd ask for a refund if they kept leaving me on "Seen". Guess what? They kept the money and did not complete the migration 2 months later! And oh.....did they have excuses to serve?! Because I was briefly unavailable in May (wedding and honey moon), they just canceled my migration altogether—as if 5 months of waiting meant nothing. When I reminded them I'm still waiting, they took one more month to even resume the work. This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a painful waste of money. If you’re thinking about using Systeme.io and you have content to transfer - please choose some of the competitors. Here they'll take your money and leave you hanging for 3/4 of the payment period. Pros It looked nice and shiny, I liked it in the beginning. But I didn't know that it's a trap and I'd have to wait 3/4 of my payment period for them to migrate my content so that I can properly use the platform. Cons They do no deliver on their promises. Pros We have been with systeme.io since autumn 2024 and in May we decided to migrate our website over to the platform as well. \[sensitive content hidden\] was responsible for the migration and there were a few niggles with it but he went above and beyond to help smooth things over. Even doing some bits and pieces in his own time. He made sure everything worked and checked back with us. Cons Sometimes \[sensitive content hidden\] did not respond in as timely a fashion as we would have liked but because we have been working with systeme.io we had other ways of being able to get hold of him. It takes lots of time and knowledge. And if not done correctly, it can cripple your business. I did not have the knowledge nor the time to learn. So, although I wanted to change platforms, this was a major issue for me. When I learned that Systeme.io would move all my courses, marketing assets and email from Podia to Systeme.io, it definitely got my attention. I certainly could use the help. Then when I discovered that it would be done for free, I became suspicious. How good could this “free” service be? But I decided to check it out anyway. I have been an IT professional for over 50 years. I wrote my first code back in 1969. I have managed countless technology projects over the years. So, I know a thing or two about technology and technology projects. And I certainly know a well executed project when I see one. The quality of the work completed by Systeme.io was amazing! The planning was perfect. The expectations were set and managed perfectly. The execution was precise. The communications were timely and professional. Whenever I asked a question, it was answered promptly. I was assigned 1 person, Anis, who delivered everything end-to-end… from planning to completion. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the results. It was a pleasure to experience this. And it removed all concerns I had about this conversion.
