I'm blown away on how in depth the instruction actually is. Very informative, clear, concise, and yet wildly overwhelming in quality. I'm fairly new to doing websites, funnels, etc so this is exactly what I needed to have the skills and confidence to get my website going. I'm seeing possibilities of websites, digital sales, marketing, course development, etc all within this one system. Absolutely a game changer for an old guy like me with limited exposure to so much of this digital world that other systems take for granted in what some of us know. Pros I like how email campaigns, a blog, sales funnel, and website are all in the same platform. Within the sales funnel, having tags and workflows/automation have been so critical. The pricing for what you get is really incredible. Cons It takes some getting used to with where everything is located. Sometimes, you need to change your main settings, but other times, you need to go into settings located elsewhere. Setting up a funnel or website is a bit clunky. September 4, 2025 1.0 I signed up for a yearly subscription back in January with included migration of my content. It’s now September- 9 months later- and my site is still not migrated! I can’t even use the platform properly because my content isn’t there. In July, I told them clearly that I couldn’t use Systeme fully until the migration is done and that I'd ask for a refund if they kept leaving me on "Seen". Guess what? They kept the money and did not complete the migration 2 months later! And oh.....did they have excuses to serve?! Because I was briefly unavailable in May (wedding and honey moon), they just canceled my migration altogether—as if 5 months of waiting meant nothing. When I reminded them I'm still waiting, they took one more month to even resume the work. This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a painful waste of money. If you’re thinking about using Systeme.io and you have content to transfer - please choose some of the competitors. Here they'll take your money and leave you hanging for 3/4 of the payment period. Pros It looked nice and shiny, I liked it in the beginning. But I didn't know that it's a trap and I'd have to wait 3/4 of my payment period for them to migrate my content so that I can properly use the platform. Cons They do no deliver on their promises. September 29, 2024 5.0 So far, excellent! I didn't expect answers on a Saturday night by email within a couple of hours when I was researching whether to sign up. But I not only received the answers I needed in a timely fashion, but the support person offered insights and clarifications that made my decision to sign up straightforward and easy. I'm truly looking forward to working with Systeme.io! Pros The support team has been awesome so far! I am completely new to Systeme.io, coming over from Kajabi after 5+ years there, where support can be hit or miss and sometimes less than helpful. By switching, I will save up to $3,400 USD per year, unless I upgrade. If I upgrade all the way to their unlimited plan, I will still save over $2,700 per year. I'm really looking forward to the drag and drop editing and simplicity, plus higher limits on most of the things I actually will use. Getting the option to sell physical products means we can branch out to selling swag and designs we create. I like that Systeme.io also lets you edit mobile browser versions of your pages, something I was afraid I'd lose by switching. Another thing I really like is the only payment processing fees I will pay are what Stripe and PayPal charge, not the higher rates Kajabi Payments is going to. And no more extra charges for the little features Kajabi adds but doesn't include in the $298/month I pay them now; Systeme.io seems more generous and focused on my success. Cons There are features missing like the Creator Studio in Kajabi that can process video, extract transcripts, write different marketing and course materials from it, and create clips, plus the AI assistant in Kajabi that I have been using. However, I have DaVinci Resolve Studio and with my savings I'll get Descript and/or Cap Cut, plus I have a lot of other AI tools I can use. I don't think I will miss these features in Kajabi overly much after I switch. Instead of including everything for the $298/month I've been paying, they now charge extra for add-ons and their Kajabi Payments transaction fees are going up to about 5%. Recently I experienced my first customer disputes in 32 years of business, and they were slow and less than helpful in getting it resolved. Turned out one of my clients had passed away, and her widower didn't recognize the charges on her card until I called him, after he filed disputes. Of course he knew they were legitimate, so he and I both tried on our ends to end the disputes, but it took 2 months to get the money back, less $75 in non-refundable dispute charges. Kajabi pretty much sat on their hands and told me to go to his bank for help. I'm ready for a much better long-term experience at Systeme.io. Review Source Sabrina T.
